What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Skin purchase. If not, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange for eligible items ordered through our website.
- Returns and exchanges: Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Item Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
- Final Sale: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Shipping Fees: $6.99 deducted from refund.
Exchanges: Free
Skin Worldwide reserves the right to determine if returned items are in saleable condition.
How do I start a return or exchange (U.S. orders)?
Start your return or exchange through our online portal.
Steps:
- Enter your order number and zip code.
- Select item(s) to return or exchange.
- Choose your refund or exchange option.
- Print and attach the return label.
- Pack items (unworn, tags attached) with your invoice copy.
- Drop off your package using the designated carrier.
For exchanges, your new item ships once the returned item is received. If your preferred size or style is unavailable, we’ll contact you with alternatives.
Note: Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories aren’t eligible for FedEx return labels. Please contact customer service for assistance.
How do I start a return (International orders)?

Can international customers exchange items?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.To return an international order, please follow the International Returns instructions on our website.
What does “Final Sale” mean?
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
These include clearance or deeply discounted products clearly labeled “FINAL SALE” on the product page and during checkout.
If final sale items are returned in error, we can’t guarantee they’ll be returned. If you’d like them shipped back, return shipping costs will apply.
Where is my refund?
We aim to refund customers within 15 business days of the merchandise being returned to our warehouse and processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once we have processed a refund.
- All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. We cannot process your refund with an alternative payment method.
- Refunds will only be issued for the value of the clothing item(s).
- The cost of shipping for your original order is non-refundable.
- When we process your return, a $6.99 shipping/handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect, what should I do?
In an unlikely event If, your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@skinworldwide.com within a few days of receiving it.
We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.
ORDERS
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed by 12 PM ET with overnight shipping go out the same day (weekdays only).
- Orders placed after 12 PM ET, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
Please allow extra time for holidays or if your payment/address requires verification.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Klarna.
Store credits or gift cards can also be used at checkout.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your payment is authorized at checkout and charged once your order ships.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Our fulfillment team works really hard to get orders out in timely manner. Once the order is placed, your order cannot be canceled or modified.
If there are any specific concerns or issues related to your order, please let us know right away, and we will do our best to assist you in finding a suitable resolution.
