What is the membership program?
It's our free loyalty program. Every customer starts at Cotton, and as you shop with us over the year you unlock Organic and then Pima — each with better perks.
Is there a cost to join?
No. Cotton membership is free, and Organic and Pima are unlocked by your annual spend rather than a fee.
Where can I see my tier?
Sign in to your account and open your membership page. You'll see your current tier, your perks, and how much more you need to spend to reach the next tier.
How is my annual spend measured?
Your spend is measured over a rolling 12 months, so what you've spent in the last year is always what counts.
How does free US shipping work?
It's applied automatically at checkout when you're signed in. Cotton members get it on orders over $200, Organic on orders over $150, and Pima members get free US shipping on every order with no minimum. The threshold is based on your order subtotal after discounts.
Where do I add my birthday?
You can add your birthday from your account menu.
